Who should attend?
This course is designed for licensed medical professionals whose scope of practice allows them to perform cosmetic neuromodulator injections, including:
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
- Physician Assistants (PAs)
- Physicians (MD/DO)
- Dentists
State’s licensing and scope-of-practice requirement
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet their state’s licensing and scope-of-practice requirements. Licenses will need to be submitted prior to course.
How many participants are in each class?
Limited to 10 participants to ensure individualized instruction and ample hands-on experience.

Do I need previous injection experience?
No. This course is specifically designed for beginners and medical professionals who are new to aesthetic medicine. We begin with the fundamentals—including facial anatomy, patient consultation, safety, and injection techniques—before progressing to hands-on training under direct instructor supervision.
Will I receive hands-on training?
Yes. Students will observe live demonstrations before performing neuromodulator injections on live models under the close supervision of experienced instructors. Our small class sizes allow for individualized instruction, personalized feedback, and a supportive learning environment.
What should I wear during class?
Please wear professional scrubs and comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Bring a valid photo ID, proof of your professional license (if requested), and tablet if you prefer digital note-taking. Your training manual, notebook, course materials, lunch, and refreshments will be provided.
What is your cancellation/ refund policy?
Due to the limited class size and the preparation involved for each training session, all course registrations are non-refundable. If you experience a documented emergency that prevents you from attending, your tuition may be applied as a credit toward a future Evolve Elevate Academy course, subject to instructor approval and course availability.
Will I receive a certificate after completing this course?
Yes. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an Evolve Elevate Academy Certificate of Completion, recognizing successful participation in both the didactic and hands-on components of the training. This certificate does not replace any state licensing or credentialing requirements.
